SUBIE POWER WINS BEST OF SHOW AT GAF

A vision, a very clean foundation, extraordinary attention to detail, and fantastic execution...all qualities that separate a trophy winning sports car from a bug collector. With Renegade managing the mechanicals, and Keith Wilson's vision becoming a reality, a new era of Porsche 914's has officially made it's mark.

Imagine our surprise when we heard that our Subie powered Renegade 914 won "People's Choice - Best of Show" last weekend at the largest Porsche only trade convention in the nation! Sure, we do great work, and Keith's granite green metallic 914 was a beautiful platform for this conversion, but never in a million years did we think such a prestigious award would grace a shelf in our trophy case!

An observant show participant remarked, "This is what the 914 would have evolved to if this model was never discontinued." as he studied every detail. We, at Renegade, couldn't agree more; with an improved 2.0L water cooled boxer motor design, dual overhead cam, intercooler, turbo charger, computer aided fuel injection, retro styling, big brakes, 18 inch rims, and an aggressive stance, we think the 914 should be resurrected.

We would like to deviate from the normal press release platform and extend a very special "Thank You" to Mr. Keith Wilson, for his vision and the execution, in building such a wonderful ride.
